We cannot accept products, which have been damaged, worn, altered, washed or had the tags removed. All items must be in new condition with original packaging. Our scarves and shawls are hand dyed. There may be some discrepancies in weave and dye colours. This is a part of the beauty of handmade garments. Returns cannot be accepted if you are not happy with the handmade characteristics. We are not responsible for any returned goods, until they have been received by us, Please make sure you obtain tracking documentation in the package you send us.
